Birdy is a talented young musician, author and performer. She started her career in her teen years and since then her popularity keeps growing. The most known Birdy hits are “Skinny Love”, “Young Blood”, “Fire and Rain” etc. How did Birdy manage to become popular at so early age?
So, here’s her career way.
Jasmine was born in a noble and rich English family. Her father was a famous writer and her mother was a talented pianist. Jasmine was an active child and had small cute mouth, for which she was nicknamed “Birdy” at home.
The girl played symphonies on her piano since kindergarten and circa that age she performed the songs, written on her own. Birdy witnessed her first success in 2008, when she won Open Mic UK contest show with the song, written by her own.
In 2011 Birdy has released her album, named after her moniker, which got modest reviews from critics. Nevertheless, its leading single “Skinny Love” became quite listenable all over the world.
