We have some stereotypes for successful Hollywood actors, who care about new roles, prestigious awards, and their growing fan clubs. The most important things for Jim Caviezel happen to him out of the silver screen.
One such thing was the adoption of a daughter LeLe. With his kind-hearted wife Kerri, Jim dreamed of having many kids. But they suffered several miscarriages, so their wish to become parents was not granted. So, Jim’s friend found a great way out – he offered to adopt a child with special needs to give the kid a better life in the family of a Hollywood star. In his rare interview, Jim confessed, that he was terrified by that idea at first. But they found a little boy in a Chinese foster and immediately felt he had to stay with them.
As a baby, Bo was thrown away on the train by his mother, whom he had never known. He had a brain tumor, and his head was deformed, and that’s why he had a small chance to find a family. But Jim and his wife loved the boy at first sight.
Bo Caviezel was adopted by Kerri and Jim in 2007. He stays out of the limelight but remains the most beautiful boy in the world for his parents. He underwent several surgeries, which improved his state of health a lot. Bo used to study at the Victory Gymnastics Academy. He planned to become a fireman in the future.
As of 2024, it’s not known whether his wish was fulfilled.
